What is Rondyvu?

Rondyvu is demo scheduling for companies that sell through commissioned reps. Prospects book themselves on your branded page, every booking is credited to the rep who earned it, and converted demos open a payable in a commission ledger you can export and pay from.

Do I need a Google account?

No. Rondyvu has its own calendar: add your hosts, set their open times, and Rondyvu owns the schedule end to end with standard calendar invites. If your team already runs on a shared Google Calendar, you can use that instead and Rondyvu will follow it.

How does rep attribution work?

Each rep gets a personal booking link like yourcompany.rondyvu.com/KL7M2X and a referral code. Credit follows a fixed order: a signed-in rep booking it themselves, then their personal link, then a typed referral code, then house business that earns nobody a commission. Credit is written onto the booking and never silently reassigned.

How do commissions actually work?

You choose which events earn: the moment a demo is booked, the moment it is actually held, when the deal converts, or more than one at once. Each opens a payable at that rep's rate at that moment, so raising a rate later never rewrites what you already owed. Entries move from pending to paid or void, nothing is deleted, and the whole ledger exports as CSV. Rondyvu tracks what is owed; you send the money.

What happens when a prospect does not show up?

Mark the demo a no show. It never earns the held payment, and if you pay on booking it takes that payment back while it is still pending. Because roughly a quarter of booked demos never happen, paying on the booking alone overpays by about your no-show rate, which is why most teams pay on held. A no show that you rebook and actually run still earns, once per prospect inside your rebooking window.

Do meetings need Zoom or Google Meet?

Not unless you want them. A host can use their own standing meeting room, you can set one company-wide meeting URL, or Rondyvu can generate a video room per booking. In Google Calendar mode, Google Meet links are created on the event as usual.

Can I run Rondyvu from Claude?

Yes. Add https://rondyvu.com/api/mcp as a custom connector in Claude and sign in with your admin email. You pick read only, operate, or full admin when you connect. Anything that emails a person or moves money shows you a preview naming the prospect and the amount before it happens, and every action is written to your activity log.

Can a rep work for more than one company?

Yes. A rep can be added by multiple companies and sign in once to see every company they rep for from a single account.

How much does Rondyvu cost?

$99 per month per company, flat, with unlimited reps and unlimited hosts. Nothing is priced per seat or per booking. Cancel any time and your data exports as CSV.

Is Rondyvu a Calendly alternative?

Only if you pay people for the demos they book. General schedulers handle the calendar and stop there, which leaves attribution and commission math in a spreadsheet. Rondyvu is built for the part after the booking: who earned it, what they are owed, and what you have already paid.
