What is Rondyvu?

Rondyvu is demo scheduling for companies that sell through commissioned setters and closers. Prospects book themselves on your branded page, every booking is credited to the setter who earned it, the closer who ran it is paid too, and a commission ledger tells you exactly who is owed what — then produces the payment file your bank or PayPal needs.

Do I need a Google account?

No. Rondyvu has its own calendar: add your closers, set their open times, and Rondyvu owns the schedule end to end with standard calendar invites. If your team already runs on Google Calendar you can use that instead — one shared company calendar, or each closer connecting their own — and Rondyvu will follow it.

How does setter attribution work?

Each setter gets a personal booking link like yourcompany.rondyvu.com/KL7M2X and a referral code. Credit follows a fixed order: a signed-in setter booking it themselves, then their personal link, then a typed referral code, then house business that earns nobody a commission. Credit is written onto the booking and never silently reassigned.

How do commissions actually work?

You choose which events earn: the moment a demo is booked, the moment it is actually held, when the deal converts, or more than one at once. Each opens a payable at that person's rate at that moment, so raising a rate later never rewrites what you already owed. Entries move from pending to paid or void, nothing is deleted, and the whole ledger exports as CSV.

Can I pay the closer as well as the setter?

Yes. A setter books the demo and a closer runs it; each has their own rates and each earns their own payable on the same demo. Closers can sign in to see the demos they run, record whether each one was held, and enter how they want to be paid. If several closers are free at the same time, the prospect sees one time and never a name — Rondyvu assigns it by a calibrated round-robin, or, if you prefer, to whoever closes at the highest rate.

Does Rondyvu pay my setters and closers for me?

No, and that is deliberate. Rondyvu never holds, receives, or moves money — it produces payment instructions. Tick what to pay and download a spreadsheet or a bank-ready NACHA file, or push the batch through PayPal Payouts using your own PayPal credentials. Setters and closers enter their own bank or PayPal details, nothing ever shows a full account number, and nothing is marked paid until you or PayPal confirm it. You stay the payer of record: your W-9s, your 1099s, your money.

What happens when a prospect does not show up?

The closer marks it a no show. It never earns the held payment, and if you pay on booking it takes that payment back while it is still pending. Because roughly a quarter of booked demos never happen, paying on the booking alone overpays by about your no-show rate, which is why most teams pay on held. A no show that you rebook and actually run still earns, once per prospect inside your rebooking window. If nobody records an outcome within your window, the demo counts as held so the setter is not left waiting on someone else's paperwork.

What if a deal refunds after I have already paid the commission?

Switch on a refund window under Money, and only after your setter agreement says so. Inside the window, marking a converted demo refunded recovers the conversion commission: a still-pending one is voided, and an already-paid one becomes a negative payable that nets against that person's next payment. The record that you paid is never rewritten, and the held commission is never touched — the demo really happened.

Does it help with 1099s?

It produces the numbers and never files. For each person you paid, per year: the total by role, whether you hold a W-9, and whether they cross the reporting threshold — shown as a matrix, because the federal line is $2,000 from 2026 while fourteen states still report at $600. Do meetings need Zoom or Google Meet?

Not unless you want them. A closer can use their own standing meeting room, you can set one company-wide meeting URL, or Rondyvu can generate a video room per booking. In Google Calendar mode, Google Meet links are created on the event as usual.

Does Rondyvu send text messages?

Only to people who ask for them. A prospect who ticks the box on your booking page gets a confirmation, a reminder before the demo, and one short survey afterwards — never marketing. Your setters can switch on text alerts for their own milestones and contest results, capped at nine a week. STOP is honoured immediately and permanently until the person texts START.

Can I run Rondyvu from Claude?

Yes. Add https://rondyvu.com/api/mcp as a custom connector in Claude and sign in with your admin email. You pick read only, operate, or full admin when you connect. Anything that emails a person or moves money shows you a preview naming the prospect and the amount before it happens, and every action is written to your activity log.

Can a setter work for more than one company?

Yes. Everyone signs in once at rondyvu.com/login with the email their team registered — by emailed code, by Google, or with an optional password. Someone who belongs to several companies — as a setter, a closer, or an admin — gets a chooser and can switch between them without signing in again. The emailed code always works.

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes. Press Continue with Google and pick the account whose address your team registered; Google confirms the address and you are in. Rondyvu asks Google for your email and nothing else — connecting a calendar is a separate step an admin takes. Nothing to set up, and the emailed code remains available if you prefer it.

How much does Rondyvu cost?

$99 per month per company, flat, with unlimited setters, unlimited closers and unlimited demos. Nothing is priced per seat, per booking, or as a percentage of what you pay your people. Cancel any time and your data exports as CSV.

Is Rondyvu a Calendly alternative?

Only if you pay people for the demos they book and run. General schedulers handle the calendar and stop there, which leaves attribution, commission math and payment in a spreadsheet. Rondyvu is built for the part after the booking: who earned it, what they are owed, and the file that pays them.
