This Privacy Policy applies to Rondyvu, the brand and service operated at rondyvu.com by PTL Creative, LLC.
Rondyvu (“Rondyvu,” “we,” “us”) provides a demo-scheduling platform that lets companies accept bookings against their own Google Calendar. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to rondyvu.com and every company subdomain (<company>.rondyvu.com).
Information we collect
Account data. For platform and company administrators and sales reps: email address, name, and (for reps) a referral code and commission rate you set.
Booking data. For prospects who book a demo: the name, email, phone number, business name, business website, and any notes they submit on the booking form.
Google account data. When a company administrator connects a Google Calendar, we access their Google Calendar through Google’s API with their consent. See “Google user data” below.
Payment data. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers; we store a Stripe customer and subscription identifier and your plan status.
Payout details. A company can produce payment instructions for the people it pays. To do that, a rep or closer may enter their own bank routing and account number or PayPal email in their portal, and a company administrator may enter the company’s own bank details and PayPal API credentials. These are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), are decrypted only to render a payment file or submit a payout batch on the company’s instruction, and are never displayed in full to anyone, including the person who entered them. Rondyvu never holds, receives, or moves money: payments go from the company’s own bank or PayPal account directly to the payee.
Google user data
Signing in with Google. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Rondyvu requests only your Google account’s email address (the openid and email scopes) in order to confirm that you own it. We use the address to find your existing Rondyvu membership and start a session; we do not create an account from it, store a Google access token, or request any calendar permission as part of signing in.
Connecting a calendar. Separately, and only with the connecting administrator’s consent, Rondyvu requests these Google Calendar permissions and uses them only as described:
- See and edit events on your calendars (
calendar.events): to read availability on the single calendar you select and, when a prospect books a slot, to update that event — set its title, add the prospect and host as attendees, and generate a Google Meet link. Google does not offer a per-calendar version of this permission, so it is account-wide; however, Rondyvu only ever reads or writes the one calendar you choose. - See your list of calendars (
calendar.calendarlist.readonly): used once during setup to show you a list of your calendars so you can pick which one holds your demo availability. - Your email address (
userinfo.email): to show which Google account is connected.
Limited Use. Rondyvu’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the scheduling service you requested, to comply with law, or as part of a merger you are notified of, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, to comply with law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models.
Text messages (SMS)
Rondyvu, operated by PTL Creative, LLC, sends transactional text messages about demos you have scheduled: a confirmation when a demo is booked, a reminder before it starts, and a short survey afterwards. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number and your consent to receive messages are used only to deliver the messages described above. They are shared with our messaging carrier (Twilio) solely to transmit those messages, and with the company whose demo you booked.
Consent is express and optional. You opt in by entering your mobile number and ticking a consent box that is never pre-selected — on our text message sign-up form or on a company’s booking page. You are not required to consent as a condition of booking a demo or of any purchase.
Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages to that number. We record the opt-out immediately and permanently, and we will not text that number again unless you send START or UNSTOP from the same number. Reply HELP for help, or email support@rondyvu.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by your activity.
What we keep. For each number we store the current consent state, when it was given or withdrawn, the exact consent wording shown at the time, and a log of the messages sent — the record we need to show that a message was authorised.
Analytics & cookies
We record basic usage — page views, sign-ins, and product actions — to operate and improve the service and to produce internal traffic summaries. For anonymous visit counting we set a first-party cookie with a random identifier that is not tied to your name. We also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies; see Google’s privacy policy for details. We do not sell this data or use it to build advertising profiles.
How we use information
- Operate scheduling: show availability, create and manage bookings, generate meeting links.
- Send transactional email (booking confirmations, reminders, sign-in codes, payout notices) via our email provider.
- Attribute bookings to the referring rep and maintain the commission ledger.
- Provide sign-in via one-time codes and magic links.
- Bill subscriptions and prevent abuse.
How we share information
We share data only with service providers that help PTL Creative, LLC run Rondyvu: Google (Calendar & Meet), our database and hosting providers (Neon, Vercel), our email provider (Resend), our text-messaging provider (Twilio), and our payment processor (Stripe). A prospect’s booking details are shared with the company they booked with and the specific rep credited for that booking. We do not sell personal information, and we do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent with anyone for marketing purposes.
Retention & deletion
We keep data for as long as an account is active. A connected Google Calendar can be disconnected at any time from the company console or by revoking access in your Google Account permissions; on disconnect we stop accessing the calendar and delete the stored Google refresh token. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email privacy@rondyvu.com.
Security
Google refresh tokens, bank account details, and PayPal credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Sessions, one-time codes and passwords are signed or hashed; passwords use scrypt and are checked against known-breach lists using a k-anonymity range query, so the password itself never leaves the server. Access to production data is limited to the operator of the service.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
