These Terms of Service govern your use of Rondyvu, the brand and demo-scheduling service operated at rondyvu.com by PTL Creative, LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account, connecting a calendar, booking a demo, or opting in to text messages through Rondyvu, you agree to these terms.
The service
Rondyvu lets a company accept demo bookings against a Google Calendar it controls, share personalized booking links with its sales reps, and track commissions. Availability is defined by the company’s own calendar; Rondyvu reads and updates the single calendar the company connects.
Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Company administrators must have authority to connect the Google Calendar they select. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Rondyvu.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Commissions
Rondyvu records referral attribution and maintains a commission ledger as a record-keeping tool. Rondyvu does not process, hold, or disburse commission payments; any amounts owed to reps are paid by the company directly, on whatever terms the company and rep agree.
SMS Terms
Program. PTL Creative, LLC operates a transactional text-message program under the Rondyvu brand, for demos scheduled through the service. Opting in means you agree to receive: a confirmation when your demo is booked, a reminder before it starts, and a short survey afterwards. Rondyvu does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent. Consent is express and optional. You opt in by entering your mobile number and ticking a consent box that is never pre-selected. You are not required to consent as a condition of booking a demo or of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies by your activity — typically three messages per scheduled demo.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Rondyvu does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages to that number. We record the opt-out immediately and will not message that number again unless you send START or UNSTOP from the same number.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email support@rondyvu.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely on a text message as the only notice of a scheduled demo.
Eligibility. You must be the subscriber of, or authorised to use, the mobile number you enter, and at least 18 years old. Tell us if you give up a number you have opted in with, so we do not message its next owner.

Acceptable use
Do not use Rondyvu to send spam, to book demos without a genuine interest, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt to breach security, or to violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Google services
Your use of Google Calendar and Google Meet through Rondyvu is also subject to Google’s terms. You can revoke Rondyvu’s access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account permissions.
Disclaimers & liability
Rondyvu is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Rondyvu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate an account at any time; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
